Alcron cooking classes

Award winning chef Roman Paulus’ cooking classes will allow you to explore different types of cuisines and techniques. The special cooking classes for larger groups are a veritable gastronomy show, perfect for teambuilding. Also children can get their share of Paulus’ culinary wisdom, in dedicated classes where they will learn how to make healthy and tasty dishes. Finally, special courses for bartenders will explore classy cocktails and modern mixology.

Aromi and La Finestra – Italian cuisine
Cooking courses for lovers of Italian cuisine. Participants will learn the techniques and secretes of both traditional and modern Italian cuisine and regional Italian dishes with Riccardo Lucque and the chefs from Aromi, La Finestra and La Bottega. The menu is usually accompanied by wines selected by the restaurants‘ sommeliers, who will provide insight into the world of Italian wine makers. On offer also special sommelier courses.

Atelier Culinari

Chef Vladislav Stuparič offers a variety of cooking courses, open both to professionals and to the general public. The courses take place in groups of up to ten participants in an equipped studio, or any other place of the client‘s choice. It is also possible to arrange individual lessons. In a relaxed environment, the participants will be drawn into the world of transforming groceries into dishes that captivate all the senses. Courses range from basic cooking techniques to the preparation of a single main ingredient – for example fish, or pork meat, from French cuisine to molecular gastronomy.

Chanchala - Indian cooking lessons

Lovers of Indian cuisine can learn the special techniques behind the preparation of their favourite specialties and will experiment with the flavors of exotic Indian spices. Chefparade cooking school 

It offers cooking courses for different types of cuisines, cook dating, cooking for private parties and specilizes on Culinary Teambuilding. Professional chefs will teach you how to use creativity in the kitchen and prepare tasty meals. Chefparade also offers custom made programs/courses or private parties according to the customer's favourite cuisine or party theme. The school also has a Chefparade shop where you can buy all the ingredients that you have learned to use during the course. The cooking school can accomodate up to 55 guests.

Cocina Rivero – cooking school

The cooking school of Mexican chef Emmanuel Rivero offers a variety of courses teaching techniques and dishes of Spanish, South-American and international cusines. The school team also bosts the famous Prague-based chef Sofia Smith, who will accompany the participants through the secrets of Asian and French cuisine. Vaření pro gurmány - Cooking for gourmets 

Cooking classes organized by the magazine La Cucina Italiana CZ and chef Jakub Reimitz. These courses will teach you how to master the most interesting dishes and techniques of Italian cuisine. Each course lasts for about 5 hours and is held usually on Saturdays. The registration fee also includes a yearly subscription to the magazine La Cucina Italiana CZ.
