Choose the front tables for selective views to the Vltava river and Charles Bridge. And, in the warmer months, don’t miss the glorious terrace dining. The intriguing Crudo Bar presents itself as you enter, with it’s theatrical display of regional Italian prosciutto, cheese, salami, fresh seafood, lobster, oysters and fish. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting with the staff eager to explain the origins of each item. Guests can combine their own selection here or choose from the menu and watch the Chef at work while they dine. An excellent choice of 360 wines - many served by the glass - accompany the meal. The restaurant menu offers contemporary interpretations of classical and regional Italian dishes - using authentic, fresh ingredients.
