A romantic establishment in one of the city’s most beautiful Art Nouveau interiors, near Republic Square, in the Old Town. A colourful
world of opulent, decorative, floral motifs and
patterns make up the interior. Everything glistening in the glow of the crystal, gold chandeliers. The optimism and excitement of the turn-of-the-century is tangible in the air as the huge windows, fill the space with daylight and frame views to the Municipal House. The smartly dressed staff take good care of guest as they enjoy the chef’s, excellently prepared and presented dishes.

Appetizers: Tuna tartar with capers and Dijon
mustard, pan-fried scallops on cous-cous with coriander and lime (290Kč).

Main: Pan-fried zander fillet with Hollandaise sauce, sautéed salsify and carrot in vanilla butter, rattled potatoes, spinach leaves (480Kč).

Dessert: Lemon and pineapple mousse in biscuit charlotte with meringue (170Kč).
