This is an ambitious and impressive project where no expence has been spared to create the ultimate Asian dining venue. A stunning, open-plan interior with four themed restaurant areas and two bars on multiple levels opens out before you as you enter. The kitchen staff, from 24 nations, have put together an ambitious and impressive menu of delicacies from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philipine, Vietnam, Thaiwan, China, Japan and Korea. There are stir-fried wok dishes, deep fried tempura, sushi, grilled specialties, Tandoor oven curries. Grab a seat at the Tepanyaki table and watch the chefs cook before you in the open fronted kitchen. An impressive dining experience.
