This is officially the fastest way to get to Asia from Prague! All it takes is a short walk, round the corner from the Spanish Synagogue, in the Jewish Quarter. This is an ambitious and impressive project where no expense has been spared to create the ultimate Asian dining venue. A stunning, open-plan interior with four themed restaurant areas and two bars on multiple levels opens out before you as you enter. The kitchen staff, from 24 nations, have put together an ambitious and impressive menu of delicacies from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippine, Vietnam, Taiwan, China, Japan and Korea. There are stir-fried wok dishes, deep fried tempura, sushi, grilled specialities, Tandoor
oven curries. Grab a seat at the Tepanyaki table and watch the chefs cook before you in the open fronted kitchen. An impressive dining experience.
Appetizers: Korean beef tartar, hand cut beef, nashi pear, crispy rice crackers (280Kč). Fried soft shell crab, spicy salt, green papaya and mango salad (320Kč). Fish: Nasi goreng, Indonesian fried rice with chicken satay, grilled prawns and fried egg (420Kč). Pad Thai, fried rice noodle with tamarind sauce, bean sprout and peanuts and prawns (320Kč). Tandoori jingha, tiger prawns in tandoori masala, yoghurt mint sauce (460Kč). Meat: Japanese Wagyu beef sirloin (840Kč). Gulai kambing, lamb leg, cinnamon and star anise, coconut milk (420Kč). Grilled beef ribs with sweet soya, chilli glazed (420Kč). Dessert: Mango and coconut pudding, caramelised mango, palm sugar syrup (190Kč). Daifuku, rice cake stuffed with sweet red bean paste (160Kč).
