The walls of these 12th century Romanesque cellars, echo, every night, with the rhythmic sounds of live music. The carefully prepared program ensures quality and variety, with bands playing a range of music from jazz, funk to blues. Dining while being entertained in this way adds a special dimension to the culinary experience.
The dramatic and monument setting features vaulted stone walls which arch over the inter-connected cellar spaces - great for acoustics. The restaurant and bar, designed in a modern style, provides an interesting counterbalance to the historic atmosphere.
Being located directly on the famous Old Town Square offers a handy location and excellent viewing in the summer. When guests dine directly on the Square they can see the Old Town Clock and Týn Church.
The reasonably priced menu focuses on Czech specialties and popular international dishes. Czech and International wines are also at hand to accompany meals.

My sister and I celebrated my birthday there and we had a great time. The food was good and the musicians very entertaining. The drinks were a bit too expensive, though, I suppose that's the price for being right on the most beautiful square in Europe. We reccommend a visit when the music is on!
