Guests sit under the shade of the trees on the
‘Square of the Republic’. Smartly dressed waiters rush in and out with large platters of meat and pints of beer. The traditional copper-hooded beer stall which greets you as you enter serves up Pilsner beer. Both wings of the high-ceilinged ground floor borrow elements from the traditional Czech pub to create a lively atmosphere. Traditional Czech dishes dominate the menu, plus salads, steaks, pasta. The cellar has been converted into a stylish music club - with space-age bar.
