A popular establishment frequented
by local clientele as well as people from
further afield. A plethora of newspaper
clippings and memorabilia from the first
Republic Czech Republic (1930’s) cover the
rustic walls of the ground floor and cellar
spaces. Guests relax in the familiar surroundings on a loose arrangement of chairs and sofas with a drink or a Czech, Italian-inspired meal. The atmosphere and ambiance combines the other worldliness of a theater with the worn patina of an antique shop. Those feeling the need to strut their stuff on the dance floor are encouraged by the live piano, violin and singer. During the summer the garden and street-side seating beckons. The menu features numerous international, Czech dishes - making sure no one goes home hungry.
