As the door opens a smiling face greets you. “Mr. Hudek- the Maitre d’hotel“, he whispers as he guides you to your table. Throughout the evening he will be over-seeing your every need. Presenting each dish with a small introduction of it’s origin and preparation. You feel as if the chef traveled the globe to bring its treasures to your table. Whether beside the fountain or overlooking the grand piano the atmosphere exudes the refinement of a gentleman’s clud - brought alive by the skillful melodies of the pianist.
