This stylish restaurant, round the corner, from
the magnificent, Municipal House, boasts a spectacular, modern, open-plan interior which
wouldn’t go amiss in London or New York. A
neutral background accentuates warm red, yellow and orange hues, which are then offset with chic, black, designer furniture. The international cuisine is inventive and distinct, bringing to bear the executive chef’s extensive global experience. The service is professional, attentive and discrete - altogether a memorable and singular dining experience.
Appetizers: Creamy white tomato soup (200Kč). Twice baked goat cheese soufflé (240Kč). Main: Grilled pike perch with salmon trout caviar, crushed potatoes with buckwheat, spinach and garlic foam (490Kč). Duo of pepper crusted pork fillet and belly, parsnip, beetroot mousse and mustard sauce (345Kč). Dessert: Lemon soufflé served with candied oranges (150Kč).
