The thick, stone walls of the Romanesque cellar
house 600 wines in an ideal and constant environment. Soil samples from twenty wine
regions are encased in the cellar floor. The quaint, cobbled courtyard greets guests as you enter. The scale and proportions are intimate and personal, almost cottage-like, while the open kitchen allows glimpses of the chef at work. The expert modern French cuisine offers delicate flavours, seasonal ingredients and inviting presentation.
