American cuisine has been given a full upgrade at this trendy Burger house - with white-washed brick walls, high-stool perimeter seating. The majority of the individual products used in the dishes here are homemade and produced, including the sauces, bacon and pastrami. Even the burger buns are ovenbaked daily on the premesis. The premium, organic, Angus beef used in the burgers is sourced from a small Krkonoše farm while the potatoes come from Prague and cheese from Italian producers. Choose from nine different burgers, including chicken, pork and tofu versions. Some follow classic combinations while other are the chefs’ house specials. Go for the itallian-inspired ‘Campania’ or French ‘Brie’ Burger. Whichever you choose the Angus beef is succulent, juicy with a rewarding, full taste. Who knows you may even be tempted to go for a second helping.
