Surf and Turf is the name of the game at this traditional American steak-house.
The excellent range of specialities include:
Wagyu, USDA and Black Angus beef steaks.
And this is the only place in the city serving
USDA ‘Creekstone’ farms beef steaks, in a
range of cuts - fillet mignon, rib-eye, t-bone
and New York strip. Steaks are grilled to order
with a choice of sauces. A grilled, half Maine
Lobster can be added for a 365Kč fee.
The gleaming, marble lobby raises expectations as it leads to the restaurant’s
elegant interior. Here the dark-wood finishes,
glimmering, star-shaped lattice-work spacedividers, large, artistic line drawings of
Prague’s Little Quarter and Old Town combine
to create a modern interpretation of this
All-American culinary institution. The comfortable, leather seating and off-white armchairs hold guests in a warm embrace while the open layout ensures there is plenty for the eyes to feast on throughout the meal.
