Sushi is the ideal modern food - compact,
colorful, stylish, healthy, beautiful to look at
and great to taste. This modern interior, with its
extended sushi bar, glazed, overlooking the
ever-green, inner-courtyard garden
integrates the meditative and ordered aspects
of traditional Japanese architecture. A special
feature is the sushi conveyor belt, constantly
stocked up by the sushi chef, which allows diners to take their pick of what passes before
