Square Meal review:

This is a good and popular find, a short walk from the Jiřího z Poděbrad Square, on the boundary of Vinohrady near the landmark water-tower and Modernist Plečnik Church. A series of arches divide the brightly colored, single, stretched-out space with the bar on one side and raised bench seating on the other. The relaxed, laid-back atmosphere, fair prices and capable cuisine attracts locals and guests from wider afield. The chef draws his inspiration from around the world, serving guests the best dishes each country has to offer - at other times combining ingredients in new and appealing ways. In summer the outside, street-side seating is an extra delight and a must.
