This, Provence-styled, raw vegan café is located on the edge of the historic Old Town in a stylish boutique, ‘Gourmet’ shopping arcade filled with outlets dedicated to lovers of good food! The corner location beside the bright, day-lit atrium creates a calm and peaceful ambiance, reflected in the cuisine, service and subdued white, beige, timber dominated interior.
The raw food concept means dishes are prepared with a 42° C maximum cooking temperature. This ensures enzymes, vitamins and health benefits are maximized without compromising taste. All the dishes are also vegan and organically sourced. As well as the delicious cakes and desserts on display
the menu features a range of good value starter, main course and daily menu offers prepared from scratch using fresh ingredients. Drinks include the fabulous, fresh coconut - drink the juice with a straw and then eat the inside. Freshly ground coffee, teas, smoothies, fresh juices and organic wines are also at hand. Whether you come for breakfast, lunch or dinner you can be sure you will be doing yourself and your body a favor!
