The healthy, well priced, food at this vegan and raw food outlet is put together using fresh, seasonally changing ingredients, as well as many often overlooked herbs. The raw food dishes use unprocessed, raw plant foods that have not been heated above 40 °C thereby retaining and maximising the health benefits. A few dishes - such as the spicy goulash and Svíčková take traditional Czech dishes and reinterpret them in a vegan framework - well worth trying. They also serve Herold beer and wine. The location is a charming, narrow, sloping street - Krymská - on the edge of the Vinohrady quarter is well known for being a lively hub of restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs. The interior boasts large, full height, street-facing windows with beautiful, natural wood finishes, a mix of thonet bentwood furniture, decorative wallpaper and eclectic furniture creating an inviting retro ambience which draws in a young local crowd.
