Located in an atmospheric, 17th century cellar where the friars brewed St.Thomas dark lager beer. It is still served here - although it is now brewed elsewhere. A selection of Bohemian tapas are also at hand. The stalactites and stalagmites create a romantic, cave-like setting, while the terra cotta floor is partially glazed to expose the original brewery well. Even the crystal-like chairs are seeped in history - part of the unique Czech cubist design heritage.
