Hospitality and excellent cuisine are two things which come naturally to the Lebanese. While other nation survived for centuries on a staple diet of meat and vegetables, the Lebanese were developing and refining their cuisine. The fact that Beirut has been a transit point for herbs and spices being transported globally has helped the process (the cuisine is mild). Today Lebanese cuisine is accepted as the most refined in the Middle East. This friendly family-run restaurant is situated in the popular leafy suburb of Prague where the air is fresh and the setting enjoyable. In the summer you can sit street-side under the trees, while the warm timber-lined interior provides a cosy retreat during winter.
