The traditional exterior of this restaurant - on tranquil Bethlehem Square - beguiles the stylish, modern interior (by Barbora Škorpilová). You see the expert chefs at work in their glass-walled kitchen. Each space has its own, exuberant
personality - based on a painter’s atelier. One wall is lined with floor-to-ceiling books, another has bold, vertical, orange/green strips - all are
decorated with a collection of still-life, graphics by modern Czech masters. The windows offer
delightful views to the historic surroundings.
