opposite Prague Castles’ East Gate or
off the Old Castle Stairs. Three restaurants
are located here. Piano Nobile, on the first floor of the villa, offers gourmet French cuisine in a series of beautifully restored, historic spaces, with views to the city and a delightful, glass-vaulted, winter-garden space.
Piano Terra, on the ground floor, offers Czech cuisine in a historic setting, and on the outside terrace, in the shade of the trees, with great views. Panorama Pergola, offers
a Wine Bistro menu with seating on the
raised terrace, among the vineyard, with fabulous views.
F i n a l l y , Wine Tresor, an extensive wine cellar, houses 450 wines from Bohemia, Moravia and the world. The service is professional, friendly and comes with a
