The North Indian restaurant, located in a historic, Art Noveau shopping passage near Wenceslas Square, both seating inside as well as in a spacious, daylight atrium. These shopping passages form a traditional part of the city fabric, allowing people to shelter from the cold winters. The restaurant interior is conceived of as the inside of a train, with a row of seating booths and rail-tracks on the ceiling.
The first thing you notice with the menu is the extraordinary choice - a product of the fact that there are two chefs in the kitchen - a curry specialist and a tandoor (traditional clay oven) specialist. A good way to take advantage of this is to order a group of starters and share or get the starter tasting platter.
Unlimited lunch buffet 11-15, five main dishes, one soup, nan bread, rice, chutney, salad, dessert etc. - vegetarian 99Kč, non-vegetarian 125Kč.
